Even stainless steel appliances. 

Anyone rehabbing a property with all new SS appliances and has the old white gas range still sitting around and is still in good working condition?

What, exactly, do you do during refurb and what is the expected life on the new appliances/upgrades that you make?

Most of the cost was appliances, floor refinishing, carpet and a new roof. 

This isn't a grand slam, but a base hit to prove the concept and as a building block to attract more capital.Initial improvements included paint, porch repair, buying appliances, cleaning, misc. odd jobs.  

Any one know where to buy small apartment size appliances in Detroit, Metro Detroit, Michigan?

New roof, hvac, carpet, paint, tile, appliances, etc..It still needs some cosmetic work to the exterior but with its monthly revenue, we could afford to put money into it pretty easily if we needed to after this current tenant vacates.

I live in the property &  have put money into the property such as double pane windows, new appliances, paint etc. but it is still very old and will need upcoming  maintenance (roof, central heat, electrical, earthquake work, etc) but I am considering selling.

We had to prorate carpet, and appliances on fire damaged units but other than that tenants were charged for restoration. 

Remember, you have multiple HVAC, Water Heater, appliances and etc.
