@Patrick Flynn When you have an hour to dedicate to it (I'm exaggerating, but only a little), there is a thorough discussion about wholesaling in Ohio here: http://www.biggerpockets.com/forums/93/topics/95781-heads-up-ohio-wholesalersWhat I have heard from attorneys more well-versed in the matter than I am is that yes, it is illegal in Ohio to market a property that you do not own without an agent's license.

Nor am I familiar with exactly how extensively written your lease may be.However, I set up my lease carefully though I did not personally have it written via a lawyer - but my lease is clear and lengthy and if a tenant violates a provision I can declare the lease null and void and end the relationship.

I don't see what the point is, as it's no different than any crew in construction, if they are all employees are paid by W2, you have WC and GL insurance on all of this, you're simply a construction company with employees, and have employees of different skill levels and experience on the crew.What am I missing?
