I had a ton of traction from potential tenants this past week, a total of 6 showings all with promising folks.I have done simple pre-tour screenings to see if these people are worth my time and they are.

@Jay AnOne thing to remember when you are getting into RE investing is to have your team of people or as Brandon Turner from the Bigger Pockets Podcast calls it your CORE 41.

This is a fixer upper shack on 2 acres that's probably worth 100K now and I had a 10 year Option which has about 5 years left. 

Its based off of what it will be worth after the renovation is complete 

Remember this is a business to me and not just a listing. 

I would have to say that the curtain rod would be easier, but if you are worried about caulking and don't want to risk water damage then the glass doors might be worth the investment.

I have a 2bd 2 ba vacation rental worth of furniture supplies, living room, kitchen, laundry room everything you would need turn key for a airbnb or VRBO where is a good site to sell it all in one and not dirt cheap? 

Perhaps it’s worth it to go LLC route immediately?
