Have any of you had success blasting your properties out via centralized websites that are in the business of charging wholesalers/sellers a fee to post their deals on the site?

Hello, I used to be a wholesale Account Rep for a mortgage bank, but since being laid off numerous times in the last 2 years I have decided to go back to retail mortgage banking and investing in real estate.

I don't want to slight anybody, especially those I might wholesale a deal too.
