Tracey Artist If you're wasting contractor's time (you don't have the property), be up front, 90% will be that no contractor will be showing up, if you have the property under contract, then you can get free estimates.

We hired a contractor to redo the kitchen completely (dry wall, tiles, and cabinets) and we put in the appliances.

Most of them have next to nothing and going after what little they have is a waste of time.
