Going by the book of Brandon, my strategy is more focused on working in the corporate world while investing.I’m hoping to meet a lot of people here and hopefully people around the area.

[Hence the focus on avoiding negative cash flow from day one of your property being a pure investment. ie.

I am focusing on B neighborhoods and since the rents and prices vary by the block within hot neigbhourhoods, I am having a challenge zeroing on a few.

Either way, with 20k & no debt soon, and you raise the score over 700, to me that math equation equals heavy success.It’s all on you man, so stay focus, and surround yourself with people doing what you wanna do, don’t reinvent the wheel of their success ok.

I think you should focus more on the cash flow for that property instead of worrying about buying it in a B class or C class.

You should focus on finding a job in real estate where they pay YOU, not you pay THEM.
