With the market being extremely competitive we may be looking at doing some pre screenings with these contractors/inspectors so would like to know if they are willing to do those as well and how in depth they can get if we were to bring them to an open house/showing.Any and all information would be greatly appreciated.Thanks!

From my experience (primarily with employees) it is extremely rare that I have thought seriously about firing one and then didn't realize eventually that it was definitely the right choice.
