I understand Condo Hotels in most cases are not looked at as an investment, but rather an income stream to offset your vacation pad expenses.

I am interested in wholesaling as well as buy and hold properties to produce additional streams of income.

I do think you could find a buyer for that income stream and sell it for more than $1M.

But apart from that  Ive set up an income stream of about $7K/month from rentals, some private funds and other investments.

Where cash flow does matter is when you are trying to generate an income stream to live on.

So between those two streams of growing income along with what ever I get from Social Security I should hopefully have enough passive income to live fairly comfortable at retirement....Notes and Tax lien investing have always ben on my to do list to explore investing in but it just hasn't happened yet.

Cut all unnecessary expenses (cable, streaming options, eating out/delivery food, nearly all Amazon purchases, etc etc etc.

If two people learned about him from that "deleted" video and invest $50k each for five years, he's locked in $1k/yr cash flow stream.

When I find a good deal, I want to invest more, so I can increase my income streams.

@Joseph Vu we don't even advertise turnkey and have done it as an addition to our brokerage's normal operations as another revenue stream, and people are knocking down the door just to get to see the deal, this market is nuts!
