I have only 3 doors now but I'm getting more soon.Some one mentioned REI Hub so I'm looking for some user reviews and other suggestions that you may have experience with.I downloaded the free 30 day trial of REI Hub but I think it will take more time to set up than the help it will provide.I started using REI Hub this year and it has been fantastic.

I wanted to comment about your strategy which by starting to get your carriage house ready is a great place to start as you already own the property.

They hand me cash, money order, or cashier's check so I know the funds are good and immediately available.She's trying to scam you.

I have all this cash in hand and I feel IRS is going to take a big chunk from it.I just did many repairs/improvements on the other property as write offs to help somewhat when I file next year.

Rent is due Sept 1, it is odd for tenants to pay well in advance (unless they paid last month's rent with the deposit).4 weeks is enough to find a new place especially if they get started now and as they have one month's rent to use as a deposit for the new place.

You can start by reporting it on your Schedule E but you will be subject to taxes.

To start house hacking, research neighborhoods like Lawrenceville, Bloomfield, and South Side, while for multifamily investing, consider East Liberty, Squirrel Hill, and surrounding suburbs.
