Truth be known there are some special assessments that are in the thought process. 

Preferably one that actively purchases investments like you are purchasing.2) An investment specialized local realtorThese 2 specialists will give you a list of practical solutions, and then you can create a road map and the 3 of you can work in lockstep, with the same goals to get you there.

Then I would find an agent that specializes in multifamily like @Brian J Allen stated.

Some will act like they will treat you special, that was a red flag for me, look for processes and systems.

Most of the tax professionals on BiggerPockets specialize in real estate.

Thankfully I had seasoned investment specialized realtors in my corner and really good mortgage brokers, so I had lots of support and clear and helpful guidance.

I guess you could say, "it was luck" when he got fired from Dean Witter (don't know why), but at least, he is not losing any more money for any of my family.It takes a very special type person to risk their clients' money and still get paid when their clients lose money.

An attorney that specializes in business / entity formation will suffice.
