These are Visio, LendingOne, @Timothy Hero as broker for a portfolio loan on 8 properties (if I remember the number of houses correctly) followed by a STR purchase, and I used Sortis for short term bridge financing on a property that was hit by hail while under the contract period so we had to switch to a different product until we fixed it up.

I have owned single family section 8 rentals in the past, and while it was pretty straight forward, each jurisdiction likely has their own requirements and processes.In Cincinnati, again, I was buying properties on the MLS, they used to (maybe still do) use gosection8.com for LLs to list their properties.

If you are just holding the lot, then there are more favorable terms available than what you are currently experiencing.I always recommend shopping at least 3 different lenders (even more), as every single institution has different terms and requirements, and they all offer different financing products.
