Yes there are many reasons for a applicant to fail my screening standards and I have no desire to seek out those reasons to circumvent my standards and waste my time when there are many potentially qualified applicants waiting in line.

@Alan Grobmeier Whenever a desire comes up with my tenants to move early, my answer is always the same: "I don't want you to live somewhere you don't want to live, but the reason we signed the lease contract is to give us both certainty on what will happen. 

Interestingly, 2nd and 3rd floor units tend to sell for higher prices but perhaps aren't as desirable in the rental market.Looking over rental histories, jan-mar rentals seem assured but we're not sure about the high-value, summer rentals.thoughts?  

Will definitely research the camera option..at the moment there is no internet service..and since we got stuck at the electrical roughing no electricity either so some logistic hiccups but probably could figure something in this direction.The PM and GC are somewhat closer then would be desirable but I don't feel that this is the issue...I am grateful the PM did bring this guy since the 9 I found by various means all didn't work out...this are busy time and so I is hard to find good contractors...I think he is just busy with other jobs and since he figured we missed our deadline (it is student housing) then he just work on my project on his off days from his other promised deadlines...I am an architect myself and paid very close attention to prevent change orders...contract some is agreed and so far he received about 40%. 

I am obviously desiring to keep the solar system as this would be a huge perk to the end buyer when I list the property - hugely discounted energy for a system they haven't had to pay for.I can't get any UCC paperwork without signing transfer documents, and I'm not transferring any systems into my name until I know exactly what is going on with these panels.
