I am OK with water wells but agree that rural areas and lagoons are deal breakers.I would add “lack of sufficient affordability gap” to the list of deal breakers.

@jilliansidoti at Crowdfunding Lawyers is a great resource.Keep in mind, with units of that size, you are likely going to be self managing as it's probably too small for professional management.
