I am bullish on anything in FL due to beach, net population gain, corporate relocations, and a state law that does not allow municipalities to add new laws or modify grandfathered existing laws so it will protect your right to STR.Let me know if you ever consider Tampa/Clearwater/Saint Pete area :D
