Hi,I did a private lending, term was 1 year. there was a clause that borrowed can extend loan (if lender is ready) for 2 times, each time for 3 months. but borrower has to pay 1 point for each extension(3months). so extension can be done total 6 months.Now, after 1 year, borrower keep paying interest .3 years went like that.Now Borrower wants to pay off. in such case what should be Loan extension point added.Thanks

So, I have no idea how much money I owe for 2023&2024, how much money is actually mine, how to take advantage of tax deductions/credits/RE professional Status/ renovation costs/perform a cost segregation, if I really need a wealth manager at this point and how to take out my retirement investment and move it to a mutual fund I run independently.My ultimate goal: create systems for my corps to run smoothly and optimize business-related expenses, keep my books up-to-date for both corps so I know my input/output, pay quarterly taxes throughout the year, give myself a modest monthly income and continue to preserve/build wealth and grow my RE PORTFOLIO!

The city will require a few pictures of the apartment to make sure it is live-able and once a lease is signed and submitted to HRA, they will verify the applicants income, and it will take up to 10 business days for NYC HRA to write a check for the total amount of the 1 year lease.
