It takes about three minutes to walk to my mailbox, and one car passing by every thirty minutes is considered heavy traffic. 

NELA is great but its not ever going to be a 30 minute commute in rush hour traffic.

Hi Dan, I’ve been using Cozy for about 6 mo and it’s nice for keeping things organized in terms of rent collection, vacancy listings, and expenses.

But be organized, have all the financial docs ready (W2s, bank statements, loan statements, etc).
