At present, most MLS services have removed the BAC section and now it is presumed (but not required) that seller's offer buyer's broker commission (typically 2-2.5%).

I reached out to an architect that is familiar with the process & he said it could take up to 6 months.My advise to you as the buyer is that the purchase price should reflect the 6 months you'll have to wait to legally rent out both units.

I was just handed a partnership in a property that has 30% equity today and was given the option of owner financing at $1,000 a month with 0% interest for 10 years.
