We saw it in oil when the barrel of oil hit $110, now it is around $30.

The area isn't dying, but you aren't getting oil area growth here either. 

My first car I bought for $3K cash and drove for 5 years - just changed oil.

Was especially attractive in reducing tax liability from oil and gas earnings - and of course a lot of it was financed by the S&Ls.

From what I understand, however, low oil prices have been very hard on the big companies.Depending on location, many food marts out-sell the gas part of the property.

We are where oil was in 2007.

It can be VERY expensive to remove and remediate an oil tank.

I would really appreciate guidance and would love to be able to even call someone over the phone and really hash everything out.What I'm looking for most of all is for someone to immediately see this and go "no way Jose this guy is peddling snake oil."

Another crisis in economy( dollar, oil, saudi arabia ,inflation/interest rates, etc) will crunch us down again.
