Maybe be less mechanical about it and more fluid in your approach.Meet some local people who are in the business, and seek to make some friends first.Friends will often help friends without needing something of value.Maybe through a network of friends you can pick up several points of view, and decide who you want to spend time with.If you dangle money in the larder to put into the deal at first, you will probably get bites, but your time spent as a protégé might not get you the knowledge you seek.Good Luck!

So just about 7 hours.I will tell you that if you read everything on this forum, get a good cleaner and handyperson, and do regular maintenance on your mechanical systems and you will be fine IMHO.
