I suggest you hit the web and do some searches and make some calls.

Examples would be an accountant or attorney or web designer or other profession that works from home.I also don't allow tenants to make alterations to my property without my permission.

But dogsbite.org is a website started by a web designer who was bitten by a dog and is not a reliable unbiased source of information.
