Are all his new construction videos pulled off youtube?

I was a project lead on residential remodels but recently moved to a job in commercial construction to free up some mental bandwidth to be used for my own endeavors. 

I am trying to cold call some tax delinquent homes for some wholesale leads.

Take pictures or video before you start to prove exactly what you disposed of.

If a good property comes on the market and my client can't make it (either because they are out of Denver or busy), I'll take a video and email it over or facetime.

Let me know if you'd be interested - I wouldn't mind taking lead on it.

Expect to see those becoming less as more solar is adopted.I know some will hate California for it, but I absolutely think it rocks that California is leading the World on the inevitable journey to renewable energy.
