Long story short...try to relax.

I lose my house last year because of a situation that was out of my control (long story involving an over spending relative and a friend that we housed for 3.5 years for free who ended up opening multiple credit cards under my name and completely destroying my credit ).

I've come here to learn and to keep my ear to the ground for possible story ideas.Background?

Sometimes people have a sad story (I'm sure at time some are true and some are not) but unless they have a proven good credit rating and good employment, they will not rent a house from me.

Floors slope, there is a addition on the back of the house that includes the kitchen, two bedrooms and a barroom that is two stories and I don't know if it was permitted.

Long story short ( I know .. too late)  The guy was a real nice guy, an investor and very interested in coming to the meetups - we talked for a little but soon he had to go  -  so we said our goodbyes and he got into is car and left.
