Tenants have been paying in without issue thus far and the banking integration with the system is nice.

Pretty interesting, though it'll take a ton of time to customize the chart of accounts the way I'd need them.Looks like it integrates with Salesforce, but only invoices (through Breadwinner), right?

My favorite in this space is the very well constructed, albeit still early-phase, Igloo 2S Deadbolt that can set codes both online and offline, integrates with AirBnB/others, and includes a 9V battery "jump start" capability built in.

@Terrell Garren - I was under the impression that they simply integrated the whole thing?

@Mary Pastoral - we also started with just Airbnb then VRBO then booking.com then others that were easy to list and already had an integration with our PMS.Booking com sometimes runs promos in certain areas and can drive up the reservations.

I get to operate with total integrity and in my book total integrity is doing the right thing even when no one is looking.

It has always been my thought that fairness, honesty and integrity allow everyone to do well and prosper.

I would definitely go with a "one-trip" container and one with a higher head height; but if you don't live near a port, you will probably pay more to get a "clean" container.You need to consider that every time you cut a hole in the side, you compromise some of its structural integrity and you'll need a structural engineer to certify your plans.
