So I would like to come up with some kind of contract stating that I agree to sell to them and they agree to buy from me etc.

I want to reach out to that person and kind of ask them why they sold it and if there is anything I need to know.

What kind of closing costs can I expect as a seller?

We just aren't ready to purchase the kind of place we want right now.

I recently bought a two family home and the basement is fully finished without a kitchen but ample space  and I have been recently toying with the idea of renting the basement atleast as a room sharing however being a older home it doesn't have the kind of electrical capacity to accomodate a decent electric stove which has very high amperage requirements (atleast 150 amps -200 amps) besides I am not considering gas stove as an option.As is I can envision fuse tripping beside I don't have any 220 line,also it gets very cold in winter in the basement so I will most likeli need a supplemental heater in the basement so elctric upgrade seems like a must if I decide to rent it out.However I was wondering would it be a better idea to have solar panels to supplement my additional electrical needs? 

I’m hoping some people will help me with rendering/modeling exterior paint colors for my house (using some kind of software/app).

I think property owner and manager are working together to get him a lower rent after purchase or there is some kind of compensation for the management side that is not being disclosed. 

I’ve also been reading/listening to BP and reading through some of the threads on here.With all that learning and scouring of listings, I’m feeling kind of lost in the Utah market.
