I'm not a lawyer but have dealt with several estates and you need to think outside the box..

I am not a lawyer though but I would feel comfortable with this in front of a judge holding our lease agreement which they broke which spells this out.  

I am looking to network with wholesalers, agents, lawyers, investors/lenders, contractors, etc. 

I'm eager to get in contact with an Albany real estate agent and a real estate lawyer.

I think a lawyer is needed on this one.

The primary Team members are typically Attornies/Lawyers, real estate Agents/Brokers, a CPA ( or accountants you beleive in ),  Home Inspectors, Property Managers, General Contractors, and Handymen.  

I know notes from the litigation side (how bad foreclosure lawyers can be), but still getting my arms around all the small details.

They used to sell liens but they made a new state ruling that NY doesn't sell liens anymore according to a lawyer I talked to about them. 

Are you using a lawyer for the eviction or did you handle the LTB filings and the hearing by yourself?

Not only that, when we said we really are looking for someone to be our go-to CFO he knew what we meant and when I asked for it he also recommended a great Portfolio Manager and Tax/Estate Planning Lawyer to figure out how all this *REI stuff* fits into a Will/Kids should anything unexpected happen!
