Tonight is the night, after months of work with the state, county, and city we are presenting a site plan for the city's approval and zone change.Normally, I would not pursue a zone change but when I originally went to the city and proposed storage units based on its current zoning they said they wanted more houses.

Cheap quick and easy: trim trees, mulch around base of trees (mulch is $2/bag at lowes right now), remove window bars, pressure wash, add some landscaping to front flowerbeds (I typically do rocks w/ flowering plants, lots of people do mulch there too) and remove the bushes, and possibly add some landscape blocks around the front flowerbed areasIs this a flip or a rental?

Some areas will need cleaning every single time it gets rented (i.e. kitchen, bathrooms, etc.) and other spots will need once a week (i.e. ceiling fans, etc.) or once a month.
