She has the right to quiet enjoyment, this does not prevent you from giving appropriate notice (24 hr in most cases) and entering for non emergency reasons to include showings during normal hours.

I can't think of anything REI related I'd enjoy less than selling turn key.  

That said, many investors are lacking deals due to inventory, but those who can get deals are enjoying rising ARVs, low vacancy and rising rents.Of course the outdoor lifestyle is the best part, living anywhere near the west end of Denver makes a jaunt to the mountains super easy.
