Seems like a potential issue if I stop working with them in the future and lose all access to the listing completely.I currently manage an STR in my local market, but a property manager I spoke to insisted that they handle all the setup on the OTAs vs having the listing under my account and giving them cohost/PMS access.This is my first time dealing with a property manager so I was wondering what everyone's experience is like in this business relationship.Secondary question:As an experienced cohost, do you care if it's an old or brand-new listing?

I have lots of general experience having owned several family homes over the past few years but no specific property investment experience.

If you have experience in this type of matter its as easy as stating. 

Obviously this is an overall average but on the surface these numbers describe a typical West Philly, Olney/Ogontz, or cleaner North Philly deal, which from my experience make up a majority of the inventory available around that price point.What are everyone's thoughts on the health of the Philly market?

I don't have construction experience. 

I can also recommend some local contractors that our investors have had positive experiences with. 

You can get up to $1m in coverage for a lot less than you'd pay on that LLC in my experience.
