Tenant tried to flush all the weed down the toilets, it clogged my septic tank and drainfield... getting that repaired now..story was all over the local news....not helpful for future renting...LOLAnd 3 years ago tenant burned another house down when using a fry daddy for 10 pounds of chicken...why didnt they just go to KFC???

Posting in the various news papers was almost wasted effort (UT, Reader, PennySaver, etc.). 

I have a great job, but our next plan was to then start accumulating rental properties so that there is no way that I will need to work on my 60th birthday.The great news is that between today's sale being complete and selling all the clutter out of our lives, we are on track to accomplish the June goal.

The great news is that I've had a 40% response rate after only two rounds with a few motivated sellers, however I need advice on what to do with the following response I received from an owner that I consider a reach but still "on the fence".Chris...I just want you to know that I wont be selling the lot.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but I suspect you have known all along.  

As soon as you are able to forget about it, you'll hear a good news from the bank.

I wish I had better news, I'm sorry!
