If I were to focus my business only on VRs and continue to scale with a goal of let’s say 100 units, I’d most certainly build a website.

Hi Sandra,The best way to defer capital gains is using the 1031 exchange and there are options for properties to exchange in to that might work for meeting your goals. 

My goal was to buy a bigger multifamily deal and have a property management team manage it for me, instead of me being a landlord/manager.
