Jurisdiction ignored the letter and continues to collect school impact fees (of course they do not call it impact fee).  

THEY should be the expert on what should happen, if they know their trade of course. 

@DJ Brooksi have a great book on the topic and a course - but there is more to subject to then just a form.....maybe check out my book from Amazon and see what you think - it will give you a ton of tips -  very few attorneys will have a clue how to do a subject to  -

Then there is a course money that is needed to pay cleaners and for repairs.

Of course, you will want to make sure there are no deed restrictions.

Of course, if the numbers don't add up there's never any respect lost from walking away from a deal that doesn't make sense and moving on to the next.
