Since the people living in there home defaulted on making mortgage payments does the mortgage transfer to the house and im responsible to pay off the remaining balance?

I know there's LLC transfers but not sure if its allowed in West Virginia.

I know a few people who have transferred money into CDs but wanted to get some other opinions and experiences. 

BUT - with that, you want to get started - which makes it tough.Here’s something you might not have thought about… if you cash out refi your property your county tax assessor will quite possibly treat the refi as a sale of the property - which will trigger a re-evaluation of the taxes on your property to the higher value of the new loan… even though you didn’t transfer the property to anyone.  

I heard you can put your properties in a land trust and then transfer them from you to your LLC if you wanted anonymity of the ownership your properties, that's just one aspect. 

Right now, based on some advice from the BP landlording book, we have a bank account for each property, but it doesn't always cash flow enough to pay the mortgage from that account...so I end up transferring money to a different account to pay the mortgage.

If you are setting aside funds for capex, taxes, insurance, or other expenses that don't occur monthly, transfer those funds to Savings each month and hold them there until it's time to spend them.

Some things that you should consider when making the property transfer from yourself to an LLC would be whether a due on sale clause violation of your mortgage will occur, and whether a transfer tax or tax reassessment of the property will occur.

Most systems now a days use a copper radiator that has fins connected to allow heat transfer and air flow.Steel radiators are known to leach out additional material into the water that is circulating.
