Okay, that is Meets and Bounds......You have to find the Beginning point, usually a section (1/2 section, 1/4 section, etc) corner, then follow the direction (degrees, minutes, seconds) for the shown distance to the next point, then repeat.

I just read pages 181 - 185 in The book of Long Distance Real Estate which basically says that buying a long distance turnkey is not that great of an idea, and might be riskier to do than just doing the rehab yourself.
