Try to impregnate this mindset in your everyday life...the more obsessed you are the better you will do with this.As for the comment about getting a divorce...have a serious sit down talk with your significant other and let them know exactly what you are thinking, what your goals are, why you are doing this, and that they may have to put up with you being a little more absent for a little while so you can be a lot more available later. 

The above comments are good input, but there some banks that will do construction loans based on the merits of the project (as constructed value) rather than your income. you will need to write a formal proposal (but i assume you did that for your previous loan).   

I can't comment on how Miami is for wholesaling.

Any disturbing comments, excessive tattoos, too young, etc, meant they weren't in the mix.

I stumbled on your post here and wanted to comment. 

I've always called a mortgage secured to more than one property a "blanket" mortgage.I'm a residential lender, so I also want to comment on this part of your initial post: I don't want to use my conventional slots.

Would need LOTS more information to comment on the lot feasibility. 

None of Montrose is in a flood zone so not sure why that comment was made.
