My biggest challenges have been getting the tenants used to my management style (much more rigid than the last owner), a nasty pest invasion and an immediate vacancy in the unit of a 6yr tenant who apparently had something against even basic cleaning.

The home owner just paid a lot of money for the home or business and the law tells them they have to keep their yard clean, or the city will come and give them a fine for not doing so.

So I bought a condo about a month and a half ago...something has been bothering me though.The seller's agent somehow snuck in a $200 "cleaning reimbursement" on the HUD document that I don't recall ever agreeing to.
