Taking money Under the Table concurrently with taking money under a government contract---seems like a very scary problem if they find you.And how much will your attorney fees be if they catch you, and how long might you go to jail for, and how much might they fine you.Seems like a lot of risk.Good Luck!

Process is pretty straight forward.The only caution I'll throw out there is if you have mortgages on these deals, then it's likely in your loan terms that it's "against the rules" to deed the properties over to an LLC.I have never heard of a lender actually catching this, but if they did they could call the loan due because when you move the property from your personal name to an LLC that is technically a "sale"
