Things that are free (transportation to work) or highly discounted (medical/cable/food) go away.Doing the other 10 years right now is highly advantageous for you right now.

And things that you think would be self-explanatory how to use, like a garbage disposal, are not at all - like the tenant that dumped a bunch of food down the *other* sink, thinking that both sinks would be somehow connected to the garbage disposal.
