I've got a lot of windows that need replacing as they are broken or missing.

More importantly, do any of you have any tips to beat the procrastination urge?

The locksmith said he liked them, but they could be broken into and if you lose the master key, there's nothing much you can do (he couldn't get in) except contact Kwikset.Also, since I have been in business such a short while, I am not really sure how often to project turnover (although for MX costs I assume once a year).  

Does anyone have any recommendations, tips, or insight into buying a property to rent out as a vacation rental?  

Been listening to the podcast and reading the forums to get a hang of everything.I ended up here because I was looking to buy a house so I set out to find out everything I could about the process and see if there was any insider trick or tip to get a better deal then just simply going to an agent and saying I want to buy a house.
