@Ed Emmons  I believe the opposite is true.  

Here in Massachusetts, with residential transactions, I believe the norm is to do inspections after the offer is made.

How is the market feel now that the Oil price has plummeted and entered a bear market? 

It's hard to believe this is anything less than another money grab at a hosts expense.  

I honestly believe that this can be accomplished with a little bit of work and the right people in your corner.

I believe there is huge potential there due to growing film industry in Georgia. 

I believe that a solid relationship with a local established lender is really a good thing.  

As an investor, there is a lot of potential for growth, and as I see philly development sky-rocket, I firmly believe holds will generate a good profit in the long run! 

I believe this is due to the small amount of inventory of multi's vs.

However,... if you have gone on rentometer and Craigslist and you are confident that based on some comps you can get $2,200 per month as an example, then I believe Section 8 will understand your plight, they simply may demand.....excuse me......"
