@Phillip Rosin - Based on the info you provided, I recommend that you start with a Fix to Rent short term loan to purchase the property and rehab it, followed by a cash out refinance into our DSCR loan.

This is an email I just received from their rep:"The initial appraisal cost would be paid by ReadyCap but the expense would be taken from any from the sale/refinance and settlement to release the lien.The plan would be to determine the amount of equity based on the updated appraisal and first lien and then negotiate a settlement with you for the release of the lien.

Hi Sam,As an investor and realtor, I search for properties for myself and clients all over the place, wholesalers, off-markets, foreclosures AND MLS.I've seen quite a few properties in unfinished condition get listed on the MLS and get sold days later.Investors are searching everywhere they can to find properties so try putting it on the market and see what happens.
