I did learn some things about how to better manage and delegate task among my contractors though.

It may seem like a big task, especially for somebody that has never done it. 

Some managers have criteria for the properties they take on, so you want to make sure you have one that you spoke with who will be up for the task of managing the property.    

The right thing to do would be to get on task to finding the root cause of the problem and addressing it.

In my opinion applications built on blockchain will have the greatest impact and also the tasks of a Realtor will change greatly (as did the internet). 

Or maybe a barter system where they can offer other services, like helping the rehab process with their skills, or doing other business tasks not directly related to the process of REI but the back end work that secretaries, office personnel, ETC would do.I'm just thinking off the top of my head but finding someone who will teach the business legally, morally, and ethically is important.

Given your background, I'm sure you're operating at a pretty high level organizationally so multi-tasking different wealth-generating avenues shouldn't be too much more to take on :) I think if you're going to drive for dollars then you need to find a way to provide value to the home owner.

@Darren Mancuso Thanks for the reply, and you are right when it comes to being a hard task when it comes to finding off market deals in the area so I believe I truly lucked out with this one. 

I am usually very anti SFH TKs but if you have a ton of capital then I think TK large apartment complexes are awesome.
