If its like most leases, it does require you to allow access for showings and other activities associated with selling the property.

Good con-men purposely seek out such positions, because it offers such good cover for their nefarious activities.

Jon, i don't have time to devote to 1000's of leads...i'm trying to pursue a music career and use real estate as a supplement..the wholesaling thing is just a way to generate extra income..so i'm happy w/ 100 or so leads even though the most i ever got in a month when i was trying to actively wholesale was maybe 15. who are the NOLA people u refer to?

Depends… I am real active, so I go to an area that is 3 hours from me… But I am there every week for a day or two… If I never went there… or not very often, I don’t know that I would go much further than that.

If you run the company as a business with a business checking account and pay for the expenses of the business with the business checking account and simply pay yourself distributions to your personal accounts and handle all of your personal activity separatly, then you have a very good case to be excluded from liability.Personal case.

More so when you actively manage rentals.Career change is expected.

I opened a new tab for each of the forums in the first group that shows as having new activity since I last logged in.I went to each tab, read the threads with new discussions, commented on a few, etc.
