If they are good tenants as far as full and timely payments goes, I'd say: 1) Tell them you want to service their requests and that you feel uncomfortable when the husband is naked underneath a sheet. 2) If they understand your request and don't fix the problem the next time you go over, find a $50 solution that is super easy to put on and gift it to them.
