He recommended Rich Dad Poor Dad which changed my mindset and then I came across Bigger Pockets.

Why do some really rich (and smart) people are tight lipped about their personal finances...To me Financially Independent is just a garbage term, that I wish would have never been coined, as it tries to portray those who have succeeded into some mythical superheroes from comic books.

I'm sure you've noticed that Tenants often feel like when things get rough for them, the "rich" land lord should be willing to wait/be patient. 

There is no get rich way of doing real estate.

I am reading Rich Dad Poor Dad now and I am working on my budget.
