Since the way we communicate with the IRS is through tax returns that means that a disregarded LLC and the individual whose tax return reports the property are the same tax payer.  

The landlords that don't have large reserves and the ones that are over leveraged are going to be in a tough spot really quickly.I also think a lot of the "get rich quick" airbnb hosts are going to get wiped out if this lasts for more than a few months.

On my third request the subject was ignore even while still communicating with him and his team on related subjects.

This is a minor issue with communication (I doubt) will turn into a big one

We could use more proactive communication. 

So to conclude my friend, I think there is always two sides of every story, and it sounds to me like there is room to point fingers all around, starting with the fact that both of you ought to have had a detailed and written contract and much better communication throughout the process, for the exact reason of avoiding the mess you are both in now.

Last year a read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and it changed everything for me.
