Scotts valley has a lot of history for me personally my dad started in RE in 1965 selling lots out by loch Lomand lake.. we used to office at the trout farm inn .. ( not sure its still there).. and of course being raised in Cupertino we always were going to Santa Cruz to the beach.. wish you the best..
