It sounds like you are VERY new to all of this.

It's so easy to have some magnetic signs hanging around to throw on your other vehicle if you want to go do a bid and not take your big ole truck.I have no answer as to why they don't take advantage of this.....it's just dumb (maybe there's your answer :-) I have the company name on 3 out of 4 work trucks .

How would you all handle this?

I currently own my home it is a $300,000 SFH with an interest rate of 6.25% I bought this 250 days ago with the VA loan.

Also understanding how things are put together, how siding works, gutters, etc (basically as many aspects of the home as possible)Having this knowledge will also help you from getting burned by contractors telling you things just so they can save time and money and deliver a crappy service. 

Boise continues to grow so, this excess supply of rentals will be absorbed over time.

Any advise about how to handle this situation?
