There's very little consistency with this and varies based on the type of loan/property and like everything else changes frequently with market volatility. 

We just tell people that in order to ensure our office maintains the consistency that is required by fair housing, we require everyone to use the identical form for their accommodation request.  

However, if your goal is to invest rather than speculate and you are looking for consistent passive returns, you can do better... easily.   

No need to evict if they have been paying on time consistently.
