You can widen your search all the way from Gulf Shores Alabama, to Panama City Beach, FL, and as Caleb said, start with condos, perhaps in the 150 range to 5 million+ water front mansions. 

(In Alabama) Do I have to get an attorney to do this and if so how much do they charge for quieting the title?

Hi, I've purchased a SFH in the Birmingham, AL area for a buy and hold rental, and the home inspection noted some possible mold in most rooms and signs of wood infestation in the baseboard trim and some in the crawl space. 

Baldwin County, Alabama, (the beach area) has had 7 federally declared disasters since 2007.

Not to hijack this thread but I’d be interested to see others ideas of how they overcame issues similar to mine. 50-60 foot elevation difference over a L shaped 10 acre parcel with the lowest elevation being the angle of the L.
