My family is growing and as we grow in size we also grow tired of the mundane life of the plains. 

It used to be just casual conversation but now they are actually really tired and upset over the number of wholesalers calling them. 

The place was so run down and I got tired of saying vintage Because it wasn’t it was a complete disaster of apartments to live in.

They are selling because they're tired of nonpaying tenants and want to throw some money at new businesses they are starting and expanding.

After you found a potentially seller (likely out of state owner tired of the headache and low return) who do you proceed with the sale/purchase?

I’ve had a listing with very tired landlord OOS who wanted to sell.

I am getting tired of hearing about it in the news every 3 months.  

I will add that when I speak with a potential new investor client I do have an interview process, Q&A to make sure they are legitimately ready and not just a tire kicker, unrealistic expectations, or just bad report between us.

I admitted it’s not right for me (at least up to this point), but I’m tired of reading the endless misinformation and bashing of a legitimate company that does good things.
